Superior Motors 15104, LLC Receives Enterprise Zone Loan

(12/15/2014) - The new restaurant being developed by Chef Kevin Sousa recently received Enterprise Zone financing assistance. Superior Motors 15104, LLC is the recipient of a $175,000 Enterprise Zone loan from the Enterprise Zone serving Braddock, North Braddock, Rankin and Swissvale.

Superior Motors is located at 1215 Braddock Avenue in Braddock. Mr. Sousa reports all financing is in place and construction on the facility is progressing. No opening date has been set but it is expected to open in the first quarter of 2015.

According to Mr. Sousa, "I had a dream to open a visionary restaurant using locally produced food in Braddock while providing professional culinary training and opportunities at no cost to local residents. We were fortunate to raise funding through Kickstarter and the generosity of contributions from individuals and foundations."
