Trek Development Awarded $500,000 Enterprise Zone State Tax Credit

(11/24/2014) - Trek Development has been awarded a $500,000 Enterprise Zone State Tax Credit for its new commercial building on Braddock Avenue in Braddock. Trek worked closely with the Enterprise Zone Corp. in making the application for the tax credit. Pennsylvania State Representative Paul Costa has offices on the first floor, and Highmark is the anchor tenant on the second floor. Other offices are available for lease.

The building is adjacent to the new, completely leased Overlook Apartments and the new community park that is being built.
