Also, at the Business Roundtable, the Enterprise Zone unveiled the Business Energy Efficiency Program BEEP! The new Enterprise Zone Program is designed to reward local business owners for becoming energy efficient. Business owners who complete an energy audit and comply with at least 75% of the audit's recommendations will receive a BEEP sticker to display at their place of business. Danae Clark, Green Enterprise Developer for the Enterprise Zone, encouraged business owners to become BEEP members to show their community pride in creating a high performance area.
