EZCB 26th Annual Dinner

(12/11/2012) - 45 local businesspersons and public officials attended the Enterprise Zone Corp. of Braddock (EZCB) 26th Annual Dinner on November 29th at the Grand View Golf Club.

Guest Speaker Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald discussed economic development issues and activities. He said a diversified economy helped the region weather the recession. Technology, finance, life sciences, entertainment, energy and heavy manufacturing illustrate the diverse economy. Executive Fitzgerald highlighted local projects including the redevelopment of the Carrie Furnace Site.
