Carrie Furnace Flyover Bridge Ribbon-Cutting Held December 21, 2015
(12/29/2015) - On December 21st a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of the flyover ramp to the 90-acre Carrie Furnace site on the Monongahela River in Swissvale, Rankin and the City of Pittsburgh. The $14 million project will open the acres for light industrial, office space and residential development.
